Each student creates 4 (take-home/packaged) chocolate bars choosing from our premium Swiss Milk and Dark Chocolate and a wide selection of nuts, dried fruits, spices and exotic global ingredients.
Chocolate: The Experience
Award-winning, Artisan Chocolatier Julie guides you through an information session about chocolate and provides guidance for combining ingredients for the optimal culinary experience.
Explore history of chocolate and through tastings develop appreciation for some of the world's best chocolate including the World's Rarest Chocolate as seen on CNN.
Classes include special offers & opportunities to make discounted purchases.
Maximum of 12 people per class - class is about 2 hours in length. You must be able to go up and down stairs to access our private create studio located on our property:

Please arrive ten minutes early to allow time to get settled for a prompt start.
