Chocolatier Julie hand selects a beautiful assortment of her freshest milk, dark, and white chocolates for every assorted truffle/bonbon box unless a customized option is chosen. When placing your order, especially as a gift for others, please note that all of her gourmet truffles and bonbons are preservative free with no more than a three week shelf life. Toffee, Bark and Bars with nuts have shelf life of 4 months. Solid Chocolate Bars have a six month shelf life.
Chocolates should be kept out of sunlight and in a cool location between 65 to 70 degrees with low humidity. Note refrigerators have high humidity and are not the best for storing chocolate unless specially wrapped to not absorb refrigerator odors and humidity.
Please provide a continental United States street address and be sure to include the appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery, and that someone is home to receive the order so it doesn't sit in the sun or a hot mailbox when delivered.
We want to make sure that we are able to accurately process your order. The details of your name, billing address, shipping address, and method of payment are critical. We cannot be responsible for errors in information that is provided to us. Costs resulting from such errors will be charged to you.

If damaged in shipping, please send a picture to the email address above. If not contacted in the specified time period, we assume the delivery was successful and are no longer liable. Note we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other factors beyond our control.
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after being processed unless a future date is requested or otherwise notified. Once it has shipped, this will usually be a two day ship. Please allow for any extra time that might occur due to the upcoming holidays as well as any possible weather delays that might occur during the winter months. Note, we typically do not ship for Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrivals so keep that in mind. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are our preferred shipping days to minimize time packages are in transit.

Re-directed Package Charges:
When we are given incorrect or incomplete address information or if the shipper is asked to intercept a package in mid-delivery and redirect it to some other location, we incur additional charges from our shipping vendors and we have no choice but to pass those charges along to the customer. We regret that we cannot extend our delivery guarantees when your package is delayed for these reasons.
